2. Our Credit App Begins Here:
These are the 6 steps an applicant would complete to begin the credit approval process.
All fields in red represent required fields.
3. Any contacts that are needed for approval can be entered into this form.
Users can submit an unlimited number of company contacts.
6. Once all of the pages are complete, the applicant will be asked to accept the terms and conditions of the application.
At any point throughout the application process, users can easily revisit the previous steps to update their information.
8. The workflow begins on the Analyst Home Page.
The panels here allow you to see needed actions for both the Credit and Collections Module.
Double-clicking the selected customers from these panels will take you directly to the section of the
application to complete the available task.
9. For instance, Credit Reviews Incoming allows you to view all the customers that
have reviews which have been assigned to you.
Double-clicking the customer takes you to their summary page.
Here you can review all of their information before approving the review.
10. The Credit Home page allows you to review a credit review prior to approval.

11. Your team also has the ability to set up Parent/Child allocations from the Credit Home page as well..

16. With nSight Business Intelligence, users gain access to a robust array of reports.
The Aging Profile Report allows you to see the entire portfolio’s aging profile. Aging buckets, as well as the
Days Past Due targets can also be seen here. Our reports can also drill down to specific targets, offering your
team a more complete picture for your decision-making.
17. The Credit AR Summary report allows you to see the Credit AR for your entire portfolio.
This report can be seen per Primary Analyst, Parent Customer, Customer and Business Unit.
18. The Credit Portfolio Analysis report allows you to see the Risk Level Analysis,
Approved Credit Limits and Top Customers at Risk.
Each report features sub-reports as well.
19. You have the ability to create and share Ad Hoc reports based on your specific needs.
21. From the Analyst Home Page, analysts can utilize the My Customers with Actions Due panel
to access the Collections Module.
This panel reflects which customers have collections actions that need to be addressed.
22. The Collections Home Page enables users to see the recommended actions
as well as the invoices that are attached to those actions.

23. Collectors can easily create disputes and promises from the Invoices for Selected Actions panel.
24. By selecting Create Dispute, they can:
Select the Type of Dispute
Designate Its Priority
Assign it to a resolver.
Additionally, users can enter the amount of the dispute as well.
25. Apply a promise from the Collections Home Page by entering the promise amount and promise date.
