Title: BCBS 239 /Financial Crime Compliance & Financial Crime Risk– 2015 – 2016
Scope: BCBS 239 is a direct result of the work undertaken by the Basel Committee and Financial
Stability Board (FSB) to provide guidance to enhance banks’ ability to identify and manage
bank-wide risks also support strategic data management hub that interprets regulatory
directives and applies compliant practices that will protect the Bank’s assets and
reputation.
Financial Crime Compliance & Financial Crime Risk is a strategic initiative approved by the
Group focusing on all Customer Segments includes Retail, Private Banking & Wholesale
Bank. It is designed to raise an alert generation process with Enterprise Data Management
(EDM) Framework.
Location: Malaysia
Title: Project ARK– 2013
Scope: Project ARK – HK FSA reporting and HKMA National Discretion - Support to project in
enabling RMI data to flow through BCRS and in turn to FSA reporting. This involved good
understanding of various staging areas, coordination with technology team, testing and
provide signoff on the accurate information presented to FSA.

Title: FATCA Implementation – SME Business - 2012
Scope: FATCA Project – Invited by stakeholders to travel to Singapore for 1 month to support on
the FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act to track US customer deposits for

Financial Crime Compliance & Financial Crime Risk is a strategic initiative approved by the Group focusing on all Customer Segments includes Retail, Private Banking & Wholesale Bank. It is designed to raise an alert generation process with Enterprise Data Management (EDM) Framework.
