Description of Achievement
I was busy working away at my desk when I overheard a conference call taking place at a
coworker’s desk, not just any call, but a call to help a new remarketer understand our demands
and how to comprehend our numerous requests to them to send over pertinent information in a
uniform fashion. The remarketer we are trying to onboard is a good one, one that you really want
to work with it , not only because they are responsive and extremely competitive in the market,
but in general very genuine and willing to get it right. Chad was extremely knowledgeable about
our processes and he could deliver instructions in a professional manner to the new team. Since
this call the remarketer has been given a lot more business, and is handling it very well. They are
extremely eager to please us and we can tie this loyalty back to the conference call that took
place that day. When Chad hung up I immediately gave him a “Free Compliment” reward off of a
worksheet in my cube. I don’t think the recognition should stop there. Chad is great with Excel
and is always willing to help me when I have clicked too many buttons and created and mess in
my worksheets. He also is willing to back anyone up when they are out of the office. Not only will
he fill the requests from customers that come in on those days, but he is willing to complete your
necessary updates if needed when requested by management. He goes above and beyond; the
requests typically could have waited until our return. None of us are as smart as all of us… and
having Chad on our team is good for the company. What’s going to work.. Team work!
