Belzona 1813 is a two-part epoxy based composite material
specifically designed for the repair and protection of surfaces
subject to abrasive attack at temperatures up to 200°C
(392°F). This material incorporates hard abrasion resistant
ceramic particles that resist deformation damage and wear,
providing long-term performance in highly aggressive
environments.
Belzona 1813 creates a hard sacrificial layer that will not
corrode and is resistant to a wide range of chemical
substances including inorganic acids and bases. This material
can be easily applied without the need for specialist tools to
unlimited thickness onto vertical and horizontal surfaces. It
will bond strongly to a variety of metal substrates providing
a seamless lining coupled with excellent abrasion, wear and
high temperature resistance.
Effectively absorbing repeated impact of high-speed
particles, Belzona 1813 is also resistant to thermal cycling.
Industrial Lining for Protection against
Abrasive Attack at Elevated Temperatures
Minimised downtime
Belzona 1813 cures in service, eliminating the
need for post-curing and therefore saving
equipment downtime.
Excellent resistance to particle abrasion
Belzona 1813 is able to absorb repeated impact
of high-speed particles, providing a long-term
performance in highly abrasive situations.
Simple and safe to use
Belzona 1813 is easy to mix and apply
without the need of specialist tools. The low
temperature cure ensures no fire risk.
Very high Heat Distortion Temperature (HDT)
Belzona 1813 offers an excellent Heat Distortion
Temperature, making the material suitable for
service temperatures up to 200°C (392°F).
Key Benefits of Belzona 2111:
Application Areas for Belzona 2111:
www.belzona.com
• Protection of pipework, pipe bends, elbows and valves
operating at high temperature from abrasion damage
• Bonding and grouting tiles and wear plates where high
abrasion and temperature resistance is required
• Repair of screw conveyors, centrifuges and pump
impellers damaged by erosion and corrosion where high
abrasion and temperature resistance is required
• High temperature linings for worn hoppers, chutes,
mixer blades and other equipment subject to abrasion
Excellent adhesion to all rigid metallic substrates
Belzona 1813 exhibits an excelent adhesion
to metallic surfaces, even after ambient
temperature curing.

This material incorporates hard abrasion resistant ceramic particles that resist deformation damage and wear, providing long-term performance in highly aggressive environments. Belzona 1813 creates a hard sacrificial layer that will not corrode and is resistant to a wide range of chemical substances including inorganic acids and bases. This material can be easily applied without the need for specialist tools to unlimited thickness onto vertical and horizontal surfaces. It will bond strongly to a variety of metal substrates providing a seamless lining coupled with excellent abrasion, wear and high temperature resistance. Effectively absorbing repeated impact of high-speed particles, Belzona 1813 is also resistant to thermal cycling. Industrial Lining for Protection against Abrasive Attack at Elevated Temperatures Minimised downtime Belzona 1813 cures in service, eliminating the need for post-curing and therefore saving equipment downtime. Excellent resistance to particle abrasion Belzona 1813 is able to absorb repeated impact of high-speed particles, providing a long-term performance in highly abrasive situations. Simple and safe to use Belzona 1813 is easy to mix and apply without the need of specialist tools. The low temperature cure ensures no fire risk. Very high Heat Distortion Temperature (HDT) Belzona 1813 offers an excellent Heat Distortion Temperature, making the material suitable for service temperatures up to 200°C (392°F). Key Benefits of Belzona 2111: Application Areas for Belzona 2111: www.belzona.com • Protection of pipework, pipe bends, elbows and valves operating at high temperature from abrasion damage • Bonding and grouting tiles and wear plates where high abrasion and temperature resistance is required • Repair of screw conveyors, centrifuges and pump impellers damaged by erosion and corrosion where high abrasion and temperature resistance is required • High temperature linings for worn hoppers, chutes, mixer blades and other equipment subject to abrasion Excellent adhesion to all rigid metallic substrates Belzona 1813 exhibits an excelent adhesion to metallic surfaces, even after ambient temperature curing.
