Every business is related to at least one product. In business, handling products in different units of measure is very important. Units of measures are an indication citing the unit used to handle a particular product. One can easily configure the unit of measure in Odoo for a particular product.

❏ In business, handling products in different units of measure is very important.
❏ Units of measures are an indication citing the unit used to handle a particular
product.
❏ One can easily configure the unit of measure in Odoo for a particular product.

3. ❏ Goto Inventory -> Configuration -> Settings

4. ❏ Enable Units of Measure -> Save

5. ❏ To create UoM categories-> Create

6. ❏ Provide category name -> Save

7. ❏ Provide the details like Name , Category , Type , Ratio etc -> Save

8. ❏ Make another UoM with category “unit” -> Save

9. ❏ Create product with UoM and Purchase UoM from Inventory ->
Master Data -> Products -> create.

10. ❏ And also create a PO -> Add Product we can see the change in UoM

11. After Purchase Order Onhand Quantity

12. ❏ Create a SO -> Add Product we can see the change in UoM

13. After Sale Order Onhand Quantity
