– Don't lie. Once trust is gone, it's very hard to gain it back.
– Follow the rules. Strive to do the right thing all the time.
– Be a team player. One bad apple spoils the bunch.

To be the best me that I can be- for myself
and those around me.
Leadership Vision Statement
I will continue to work toward being the type of leader that
I would want to work for. Through leading by example,
investing in my employees, and open communication, I will
help my team members grow, excel, and produce positive
results for our organization and themselves.
