1. Fund raising began with a private phase in 2013
2. The first major donation for £150,000 was received in September 2013
3. A total of £2.7 million has been raised to date
4. A further £800,000 has been firmly pledged
5. The largest single major donation to the Foundation is £1.5 million
6. Donations received from current and past parents, Governors and alumnae
7. Key areas of the Centre for Learning can be sponsored – the auditorium and
art gallery have attracted sponsorship of £200,000 each
8. For every £1 donated in the UK we receive 25p in Gift Aid - £10,000 = £12,500
9. Donations of shares receive donor income tax relief of 100% of their market value
10.Total building costs are now estimated at £6.5 million with a 2016 start date
