3. • Public: people from 15 to 40 (maybe more
women than men)
• Inspiration: My brother, how he changed his way
of life, how healthy, happy and succesful i think
he is now from before he decided to become a
sportive man
• Social media: 1 recipe a day, 1 sportive advica a
day (or more) 1 interview per week. Some videos
from internet trying to make people sure about
how good is this (sportive and healthy way of
live)
4. 2nd Idea: RECIPES FOR LIVING ALONE
• VIDEO RECIPES (Special recipes, because they
should be cheap and easy to prepare)
• The possibility to submit your/theis own
recipes and advices
• Where to find the cheapest ingredientes
• One topic/theme about healthy food (instead
been out from home.
• Reasons for why should we be carefull of what
we eat.
5. • Public: People from 18 to 30. Students abroad,
erasmus, independent living…
• Social media: It wil begin with a list of recipes
with videos, each day I will upload photos in
instagram about healthy meals. Each day
upload 1 recipe with its video.
6. 3rd Idea: Kingston Sport Societies
• It would be a platform were every student
could find information about the different
sports team: -members, -level, -training days, -
competition days...
• And, of course, the results of every match!
With video that resume the most important
moments of the match.
7. CONTENT
• One or two (depending on my possibilities)
interview per week.

• Different sections for each sport
