• The Filoform Quicki range of Gel Joints has been designed
and tested in accordance with DIN EN 50393 Type 1 & 2, for
use with small conductors in applications where moisture
protection is critical.
• The range has been developed for use in outdoor , direct
buried and some submersible applications. They are mainly
used for unarmoured cables; however, can be used on some
armoured applications by adding a suitable armour continuity

The range of Gel Joints are suitable for jointing most cable types – XLPE/PVC/EPR- and
can be supplied with a connector block as standard. Once the cores are connected,
the shell is closed, allowing the special Gel to flow around the cable and connector
block. This ensures excellent sealing and insulation properties.
