6. Homepage
Your five most recently bought
leads and all of your orders will be
displayed on your homepage.
A button which allows you to top-up
your account is displayed top right.
You will need to top-up your account
before you will be able to purchase
any leads.

7. Making An Order
Your account balance is
displayed top right. This
figure will automatically
amend every time you
purchase a lead.
When creating an order you are
given total control. You can specify
how many leads you want per day
and a maximum price. You can also
choose specific locations.

8. All of your orders will be displayed
on your homepage.
Top orders show the three
highest orders currently active
on the system. These will be
fulfilled first.
These are shown to give you an
indication of the price you will
need to set in order to receive
leads.

9. Pausing Leads
This allows you to turn any lead orders on
or off. This can be changed at any time.
Please note, if the order is switched off
you will not receive any leads.

10. Modify Order
To make any
modifications to
your orders
including deleting
orders or increasing
your bids, please
click ‘Modify Order’
on the right hand
side of the current
order.

11. All of the leads you have
purchased will be found under your
leads. This will include leads from
orders and leads purchased in the
lead store.
You can return any lead which
meets our returns policy by
clicking here.
To export leads for your records please
select a filter and then click here to
download a CSV file.

12. Lead Store
Leads in the lead store can be searched by lead type
and by region or date range.
If you are only interested in purchasing
leads for a set price these are available in
the lead store.
It’s important to note that all lead orders in
the bidding system will be fulfilled before
leads in the lead store will appear.

13. If you click to purchase a lead this
warning box will appear. As soon
as you click OK the price of the
lead will be deducted from your
account. This is not refundable.

14. Billing History
All of your purchase information
will appear in your billing history.
This will include a statement
which shows what is available to
spend in your account.

15. Returns
The status of any submitted returns
can be found under the ‘Returns’.
The status of all returned leads will
be pending until your request is
accepted or declined. If the lead
returned is accepted the money will
be automatically added back to
your account.

16. My Account
Once your account is created, all
your personal and business
information can be amended here.
