Jonathan L. Block, Esq.
President and Founder of

Jonathan Block has counseled
businesses and entrepreneurs
on the law and legal/business
strategies for over twenty years. He has served as the
chief legal officer for top public and private companies,
with experience in public equity, debt, SEC compliance,
employment, governance, intellectual property, M&A
and high profile litigation. As such, he has served as a
key advisor and confidante to the entire C-suite and
board of directors at the most critical times of the
companies’ operations, including initial capitalization,
IPO, turnaround and go private transactions. In addition,
Jonathan successfully ran the real estate, risk/insurance
and compliance functions for these businesses.
Jonathan also serves on the board of directors of an
insurance carrier and over the years has served on the
boards of other companies, non-profits and professional
organizations. Jonathan is frequently asked to speak
to large groups on topics including business and legal
ethics, management, privacy and contract formation.
From 1998 to 2000, he taught Business Law at
Pepperdine University as an Adjunct Professor.
