Callum's hearty soup
1. How to make Callum's hearty soup
You will need:
.carrot
.potato
.leek
.vegable stock cube
.water
.chicken fillet and/or bacon slices
.cream dessert
.tomato puree
amount of ingredients depends on how many searvings need to be made.
Equipment:
.knife
.peeler
.chopping board
.measuring jug
.pan
.food scissors(optional)
.mixing spoon
.blender(if want blended)
How to make
1) peel the potato/s and then cut it into fairly small pieces then add to pan
2)peel and slice the carrot/s into smal, pieces then add to pan
DON'T INCLUDE THE END
2. 3)ricse ans slice the leek into small pieces then add to pan.
DON'T USE WHITE PARTS
4)cut chicken and/or bacon then add to pan
5)cover all ingredients with cold water then crumble vegdable stock into the pan check every 4
mins until vegdables are soft .
6)Befor you serve the soup add a decent amount of cream and tomato pureeleave 2 mins then
serve .
7)If needed blend and then serve
.can be served with butterd bread.
