The document describes a person in Sydney who left work to collect data but realized they forgot a pen, so they went to various shops in the city but were unable to find a pen for sale, instead encountering beautiful decorations, ugly pants, many shoe stores, and other observations, before finally finding a pen at a hotel near their bus stop on the way home.
2. Here is the scenario:
I left my Sydney office after work with a bunch of print
outs, determined to collect as much data as I could to
submit the ultimate project for this week. With me I had
my bag which contained everything I could possibly
ever need. Everything but a pen as I had to find out
when entering the first shop.

I will go back to this shop
tomorrow and buy their entire
collection, just because I really
liked those flowers.
Ka-ching $$$
22. Besides the prettiest decoration I
have also come across the worst
pants.
Would anyone really wear this?
I mean, really?
23. I further found that unlike pens nail
polish was available in every store I
went to and not only in a few
colours.

This shop also won me as a new
customer. The way the entire
counter is framed by pretty little
bottles on a nice wooden stand … I
love it!

36. I then bumped into this little man. He stands at the corner of
one of Sydney’s busiest places and George Street, probably
waiting to scare tourists. Or me.
37. I found Zara had the greatest presentation of clothes.
Their mannequins were all extremely well dressed and
lined up as if they were real models on a cat walk…
…unfortunately the bouncer kicked me out before I
could take my picture so no evidence of this one.
38. By the way, I did find a pen eventually. In a hotel
opposite my bus stop on the way home.
