Jamaican delight. It is barbecued from a
jerk pan.
4. JERK PORK
Sweet and spicy
marinade pork is
finger-licking good.
It is prepared by many
restaurants and the
jerk man on the
corner, especially on
weekends.
5. RICE and PEAS and CHICKEN
This is a
traditional dish. It
is a MUST have for
Jamaicans on a
Sunday evening.
6. CURRIED CHICKEN/CURRIED MUTTON
Seasoned with the Jamaican curry powder,
this meat is a favourite among Jamaicans. It
can be eaten with plain rice, rice and peas or
even dumplings.
