I. Purpose of Policy:
This document describes the requirements and responsibilities for Official Pharmaceutical
Quality & Regulatory Social Media WhatsApp Group, the CCK Team members, with respect
to the effective Communication.
II. Scope/ Rationale:
To support the CCK Team Effective Communication on the social media will assist in
reducing the likelihood associated with unmanaged or inconsistently managed
Information/Correspondences; providing resourceful means for Learning and Discussion; and
planning and allocating CCK discussion projects effectively.
III. Entities effected by this Policy:
This policy applies to the Social Media WhasApp Group of CCK Team, which includes the
Organizer, the two Teams (Scientific & innovation Team and Administrative/Organizing Team
members & all other associates.
IV. Key Responsibilities:
Every Member of the CCK Team is associated with different professional Organization
and engaged in unique responsibilities and interests in their own designated way.
In the same manner, all these individuals are fulfilling their different responsibilities at
their homes.
It is expected from each member of CCK Team to understand and respect the Personal
and Professional responsibilities of the other members.
It is expected from every Group Member to coordinate with other members associated,
with complete responsibility and entire code of conduct.

3. “PQRS” SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY

The Correspondence/Communication on the CCK WhatsApp Group shall be relevant to
the CCK Forum Projects, Assessments and Assignments.
It is obliquely expected from all members that the view points, Requests, Comments and
Suggestions communicated on Group shall be in benefit of all other individual Team
members.
The Correspondence/Comments shall encompass the Social, Scientific and Moral
Merits.
Every view point, Votes, Suggestion and Comments with anticipated with complete
Responsibility of mature Thought Process and Review associated with the decision.
The Individual’s time and worthy votes shall be highly honored in terms of review and
decision making with respect to the relevant documentation and Graphics Content and
Designs.
It is truthfully expected from all individual/ Team Member shall discern the references
of his comments with Complete Responsibility.
The reason to decisions and comments shall be forthrightly gratified by the other group
members.
Individual’s Assignments presented on Communication Group and the efforts estimated
in these assignments shall be fully regarded in terms of appreciation.
Casual form of comments, phrases and all the related communication shall be avoided
with respect to each individual dignity.
All the Correspondence, Updates and the Information Guides shall be coordinated in
specified time with other group members in Communication Group.
Being out of touch/ Mute signs from any group member shall be respected in terms of
their unavailability or some unavoidable engagement.

Appeals regarding any of the guidelines in this policy may be made any of the CCK Team.
Note: Changes will be placed before group for 2 days and took concern points. Otherwise
considered approved. Concern point will be addressed and get it approval in same way.
