This document outlines the social media policy for the "PQRS-CCK" Facebook group page. It establishes teams to manage content on the page and procedures for posting information. The Science and Innovation Team will gather new scientific information to share, while the Administrative/Organizing Team will provide guidance on strategies and policies. Only factual, referenced information is to be posted. Sensitive information must be accurately verified before sharing. The goal is to have a forum for sharing knowledge while avoiding anything unlawful, offensive, or not related to the group's purpose.

I. Purpose of Policy:
This document describes the requirements and responsibilities for Official Pharmaceutical
Quality & Regulatory Social Media Facebook page, the CCK Public Group & the members
associated and all the Facebook Wall viewers and Visitors.
II. Scope/ Rationale:
Information Governance on the Social Media Facebook CCK Group Wall will assist in
reducing the likelihood associated with unmanaged or inconsistently managed information;
providing reliable information for Learning and Discussion; planning and allocating
Information resources effectively.
III. Policy Statement:
Information is a valuable asset that is critical to the operation of Pharmaceutical Quality &
Regulatory Sciences (“the Scientific Discussion Forum/Platform”). The value of the official
information as platform resource and asset is increased by its integrity and appropriate use;
conversely, its intended worth is diminished by insufficient representation, incorrect source,
deficient scientific and moral value, retention; compromised protections; or unnecessary
restrictions on its access. Additionally, the Platform/ Forum must employ appropriate
safeguards to protect and manage information that is subject to various Scientific, Regulatory,
Quality or Moral merit.
The intent of this policy is to provide rationale framework that is based on the principles of
information governance to guide the valuation, creation, sharing, use and archiving of
information.

IV. Entities Effected By this Policy:
This policy applies to the Social Media Facebook Page of Culture of Cultivating Knowledge
(CCK) Public Group, which includes the Organizer, Team members & Page/ Wall Visitors.
V. Policy Process & Procedures:
Process and Procedures at CCK Group of Pharmaceutical Quality & Regulatory Sciences
(PQRS) Platform shall involve the following Teams:
Science & Innovation Team
Administrative/Organizing Team
A. Science & Innovation Team:
The Science & Innovation Team (SIT) shall have exclusive responsibility to gather, review
Recent/New Scientific Information and reproduce the Information as per the User
Requirement, without damaging its Unique Objective.
The objective of SI Team is to develop individuals in our Society in terms of gaining
Scientific Knowledge & implementation of this knowledge as per requirement in our routine
Professional folio.
B. Administrative/ Organizing Team:
The Administrative/ Organizing Team (A/OT) advises the CCK Organizer & Group on
strategies, policies and practices that promote the effective management of CCK Group & to
support the administrative priorities. Among other functions, the (A/OT) participates in
solution design; and helps prioritize projects (Discussion Forums). Additionally, it reviews
major trends in technology and makes recommendations to the CCK Group based on best
practices; assists promotes and supports communication efforts on Social Media on behalf
of the CCK Group. It provides coordination, alignment, and global oversight of Information
Handling policy, planning and compliance for the Group.
Establishment of these Teams as needed to assist in carrying out its responsibilities is upon
the core advice of Organizer.

Key responsibilities include:
a) Monitors and inform the CCK Group on the implementation of planned initiatives,
projects, and ongoing Group Services.
b) Creates effective accountability, responsibility and authority for CCK Group members
and compliance within the Legal, Scientific & Moral merit.
c) Monitors the governance of highly sensitive information and ensures that appropriate
controls are in place to safeguard such information according to the CCK Group/
PQRS Platform policies and procedures.
d) Periodically reviews the CCK Group Social Media policies and recommends
policy revisions, rescissions, and updates to concerned personnel, as necessary.
e) Monitors the implementation of policies and alerts the Admin/Organizer on
instances of non- compliance.
f) Serves as a controller for reconciling conflicting information, intelligence requirements
among CCK Group & Page Visitors, including issues related to the flow of data, data
coordination, data definitions, and data ownership and authority.
g) Promotes the establishment of guidelines and standard operating Procedures on
CCK group & Page Visitors.
Frequency of Team Member Shuffle:
h) The frequency of these members shuffling among the two Teams as the (SI) & (A/O) may
be over a period of 3 months, depending on the interest of the team members.
VI. Requirements and Responsibilities
1. Design
1.1. The Platform name, Attendance cards, badges, and logos associated with Culture of
Cultivating Knowledge are distinctively owned by the Pharmaceutical Quality & Regulatory
Sciences (PQRS) Platform. Any representation of this Platform marks (art work or graphics)
design and usage must be approved by the CCK Organizer.
1.2 The title of the Social Media Page bears the motto/slogan of PQRS Platform. The CCK group
Teams as Science and Innovation Team & Organizing/Administrative Team must at least
identify the source of information it belongs to on the Facebook Page of the CCK Group &
PQRS Platform. However, it is recommend to verify it by Organizer.
1.3 All the recreated posts of the CCK Group Page must link to the Home Page for the Platform.
An exception to this rule is that the Home Page itself, which should not contain a link to itself.
1.4 For any navigation that uses images, a text version must be provided somewhere on the body
of the page.

2. Content
2.1 All information on Culture of Cultivating Knowledge (CCK) Group Page must be accurate and
up-to-date. Inaccuracies must be avoided which compromise meaning (e.g., missing text,
misarranged table cells, slides, esp. pictures, etc.).
2.2 All the sensitive information (e.g., press releases, announcements, etc.) must be avoided, or if
posted with complete responsibility of accuracy and authenticity.
2.3 NO Information other than based on Science and have complete reference for verification
2.4 Computers and network systems offer powerful tools for communication among members of
the CCK community and of communities outside of the CCK Group. When used appropriately,
these tools can enhance dialog and communications. Unlawful or inappropriate use of these
tools, however, can infringe on the rights of others. The University expects all members of its
community to use electronic communications in a responsible manner. Having open access to
network-based services implies some risk. In a community of diverse cultures, values, and
sensitivities, the CCK Group cannot protect all individuals against the existence or receipt of
material that may be offensive to them.
2.5 Official Information and the Pictures/Albums associated with the Discussion Forum should be
contained on the Facebook Page CCK Public Group that have authority to publish, and all
other Facebook users must refer to that official post rather than create their own duplicates.
2.6 Official CCK Group Social Media Page may contain links to external web sites. These links
are provided as a courtesy, and are to be used at the discretion of the individual visitor.
