This world seems to be falling apart, going crazy, or even taking people away out of the blew.
One of the main reasons behind that is school shootings. It tends to happen when people think they
are taking their kids into a safe environment. School is supposed to be safe, full of kids talking to
their friends, teachers, and maybe petting the psychologist's dog just saying "hi" to the dog. For the
longest time school shootings have been climbing, occuring more and more. Everyday, bad things

The picture is showing how much we haven't really changed at all in anything. Everyone has their
own way of doing things in there life, their way of saying what is on there mind. But then you
have those people who end up getting pushed around every which way the turn their head. One of
the main reason behind the shootings is kids feeling like they need to make a point about how
people do not listen to what they have to say and the shooting is the only way to (wake up some

My friends were gaudy, flamboyant and vivacious as ever when I was a young girl, contrary to
me and my painfully shy personality. I was content with this, but my mother always wanted me
to fit in and to gain more confidence. Though I knew I would eventually evolve, it never felt right
for me to try to be someone i was not. I wanted to change or evolve on my own terms rather than
from pressure from my friends or my mother. I knew then, just as I know now, that changing myself
was not going to be fun or easy and that faking interest in things I was not interested in would prove
fruitless. If this took so much effort and even some pain, then there was no point in trying. As I saw
it then, the end goal would land me further away than I had started.
Teenage girls who feel constant pressure from peers and even adults to be perfect have very low
self esteems. Three–fourths of girls with low self–esteem admitted to disordered eating, bullying,
smoking or drinking (Low Self–Esteem). If these girls did not feel this pressure to be "perfect" or
to be ideal, then their self esteems might not be so low and self harm rates would quickly sink.
One way to eliminate pressure would be to allow them to express themselves, or not to express
themselves. Another way to eliminate societal pressure would be to allow them to be their authentic
