Description Construction from the ground up, turnkey, for a growing convenience store
chain that was voted #1 in the nation.
Responsibilities
Supervision and scheduling on a day-to-day basis of all aspects of
construction,including, but not limited to:
o Working with SWPPP
o Breaking ground (dirt work)
o Concrete paving prep and pouring
o UST, Canopy, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC and Millwork
Installation
o Building footings
o Structure, metal and masonry
o Mud/taping and painting
o Equipment delivery/set-up
o Final cleaning
o Working with city inspectors in all aspects and levels of the job
o Working with governing authorities, such as city and state officials
o Working close with the customer on punch-list items
o Overseeing the project on the day of opening

Successfully turned over (beginning to completion) two stores in Oklahoma and was
promoted, then relocated to the Dallas-Fort Worth area where I succeeded in turning
over give more stores. All were completed as scheduled and within budget. High
recommendations by the customer.
