Dear Mr Prime Minister, Rt Hon John Key,
RE: LETTERS PATENT – CONSTITUTING THE SOVEREIGN KINGDOM OF AOTEAROA AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE
SOVEREIGN KINGDOM OF AOTEAROA, NEW ZEALAND ‐ E‐APOSTILLE NO: 00466.3
It is with humility, gratitude and appreciation that I bid you warm greetings and salutations and trust this email
communiqué finds you well on this Friday 5th
February 2016, on the Eve of Waitangi Day Celebrations.
By way of courtesy, attached hereto is the LETTERS PATENT and Outstanding Default Debt‐Invoice, as a gentle reminder
to you, Rt Hon John Key, that your tenure as Prime Minister, together with the tenure of THE GOVERNMENT OF NEW
ZEALAND, a registered CORPORATION including but not limited to HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN IN RIGHT OF NEW
ZEALAND, and any and all derivatives and derivations of the CORPORATE names thereof is rapidly drawing to a close, as
per the LETTERS PATENT dated 8th
July 2015. Which was previously forwarded to you via email and International
Registered Post. That end of tenure date being the 6th
April 2016.
Thereafter, The Sovereign Kingdom of Aotearoa and The Government of the Sovereign Kingdom of Aotearoa, New
Zealand Shall come into Force throughout all of Aotearoa. Thus to Restore Te Ui Ariki and the Maori People of Aotearoa,
New Zealand to the lands of Our Inheritance, legally and lawfully constituted by LETTERS PATENT 2015. All working
together for the common good of all People, Maori and Pakeha alike, standing shoulder‐to‐shoulder.
Notwithstanding, a King’s Letters Patent shall not be void (Black’s Law Dictionary 6th
Edition).

It should also be noted that the said, LETTERS PATENT 2015 has been filed in a number of Courts in various centres. King
Ruatapu Ariki was invited to address an Open Court in Auckland on Friday 9th
October 2015 by the presiding Judge. No
doubt you will have access to a copy of the Court Transcript of those proceedings.
I am sure you are well aware that it was by LETTERS PATENT 1840 enacted by, Her Majesty Queen Victoria which
Constituted the Judiciary, Judges and the Courts including the Native Land Court in New Zealand and everything else
thereafter by the same process of Letters Patent issued by the succeeding Sovereign Monarchs of Great Britain as we
have come to learn.
Meanwhile in 2016 Maori are none the wiser where Letters Patent are concerned. They do not understand or
comprehend the power and authority of Letters Patent issued by a Sovereign Monarch to constitute into law,
Governance, Rights, Powers, Privileges and Authority and soforth, even after 181 years from the Declaration of
Independence 1835 and 176 years down the track regarding the Treaty of Waitangi 1840.
Sadly, Maori still hold fast to those two documents and consecutive Governments spur them on and by so doing
misleading Maori by withholding the truth of the reality and standing of the Treaty of Waitangi 1840 and what
transpired in 1920.
May I kindly remind You that all LETTERS PATENT issued by the Sovereign Monarchs of Great Britain have been Revoked
including your Government as per the LETTERS PATENT 2015.
A Constitutional Timebomb: Is New Zealand’s Government and Court System unlawful?
Having received a Report over the past few days it appears that the Treaty of Waitangi ceased to be valid on January
10th
1920, and the New Zealand Government does not lawfully exist. An even bigger crisis – nor do the laws. Even New
Zealand constitutional lawyers can’t rule out the possibility that the findings reported may be right.
Obviously, there are number of legal arguments that can be tossed and thrown from one side of the room to the other.
However, no matter what the arguments maybe, the fact remains, The Government of New Zealand Limited or any
derivative or derivation of the CORPORATION names thereof, including but not limited to HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN IN
RIGHT OF NEW ZEALAND has been REVOKED in accord and satisfaction with the LETTERS PATENT 2015.
Notwithstanding, as per the Report provided states, for example:
1. Leading academics and judges in Australia are lending their support to research showing that both countries
(Australia and New Zealand) failed to constitutionally validate their legal sovereignty when they became
independent from Britain early this century.
2. The Constitution Acts in Australia and New Zealand passed prior to independence became legally void under
international law. It was a condition of membership of the League of Nations and later the United Nations, but
no new constitutions were ever forthcoming in either country.
a. It continues to be a founding principle of the United Nations charter that the laws of one state cannot
be used in another unless ratified by mutual treaty, so while the Australian Government has relied on a
colonial act passed by the British in 1900, Britain has said otherwise, saying the Australian Constitution
Act (UK) is null and void.
b. “No Act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom, or an Act that looks to the Parliament of the United
Kingdom for its authority, is valid in Australia or its territories in accordance with laws of the United
Kingdom and the Charter of the United Nations”, this could equally be applied to the 1947 New Zealand
Constitution Act passed in Britain for use in New Zealand.
c. What principle of international law lets the parliament of one sovereign country amend the law of
another sovereign country? It doesn’t.”

3. The question of whether New Zealand’s Government has been passing laws since 1920 without pure
Constitutional authority, to do so lies open for legal debate and challenge, raising issues about the possible
illegality of major policy decisions like state‐assets sale or Waitangi Treaty Settlements, not to mention the tax
laws.
4. The problem is even more volatile, as an unconstitutional parliamentary system would mean New Zealand has
an unconstitutional court system, bringing more headaches over whether any New Zealand court has
jurisdiction to hear any such cases.
a. “It is very problematic, and there is no clear answer to these questions”
b. Such an admission carries with it the possibility that our Courts are invalid, our Government has no
constitutional right to pass laws,
c. that the Treaty of Waitangi became Null and Void on 10th
January 1920 when we signed the League of
Nations Covenant,
d. that the new drivers licence laws are invalid – pick any issue you like – all of this means New Zealand
faces some very serious decisions in the very near future.
Conclusion:
In view of the circumstances that surrounds THE GOVERNMENT OF NEW ZEALAND including but not limited to, HER
MAJESTY THE QUEEN IN RIGHT OF NEW ZEALAND, and any derivative or derivation of the CORPORATE names thereof,
the Government is in a diabolical messy Constitutional situation, legally and lawfully.
Rt Hon John Key, every day that you continue to lead your illegal Government you and your Cabinet colleagues and all
Members of Parliament, NZ Police, the Judiciary, Judges and Courts, the Military, every Government Official are
knowingly and willingly committing trickery, swindles, fraud and corrupt practice and serious crimes against the People
of Aotearoa, Maori and Pakeha alike. That is, knowingly misleading the People of New Zealand.
As it currently stands, the only legal framework that Constitutes a Legal and Lawful Government is the LETTERS
PATENT – CONSTITUTING THE SOVEREIGN KINGDOM OF AOTEAROA AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE SOVEREIGN
KINGDOM OF AOTEAROA, NEW ZEALAND, signed, sealed, witnessed and notarised, dated 8th
July 2015 – authenticated
and E‐Apostille No: 00466.3 dated 14th
July 2015.
What is interesting to note appertaining to the LETTERS PATENT 2015, there has been No Rebuttal received from any
quarter, that is: (i) HM The Queen, (ii) The Foreign & Commonwealth Office (UK) (iii) The House of Lords (UK) (iv) The
Privy Council (UK) (v) The UK Parliament (vi) The NZ Governor‐General (vii) The Chief Justice of NZ (viii) NZ Prime
Minister, Rt Hon John Key (ix) The Government of New Zealand Limited (x) or any other authority. Given the diabolical
illegal and unlawful state of The Government of New Zealand as given in the report above, I can now understand the
reason why. Therefore the LETTERS PATENT 2015 has legal and lawful standing.
Now therefore, and Whereas I do hereby advise that We, Ruatapu Ariki for and in behalf of Te Ui Ariki O Aotearoa, Niu
Tirene, by Royal Warrant and Commission have appointed a Chief Justice (interim) as of the 26th December 2015. The
Chief Justice is commissioned to establish a Judiciary, Judges and Courts of The Sovereign Kingdom of Aotearoa.
In view of the same, Whereas, I do hereby offer an ‘Olive Branch’ and ‘INVITE’ the, Rt Hon John Key, and your Attorney‐
General Hon Christopher Finlayson and another Minister of your choosing, to meet with a Delegation including King
Ruatapu Ariki to discuss a way forward from the current situation.
Rt Hon John Key, Prime Minister, I look forward to hearing back from you within the next 7 days from the date of this
email communiqué.
If on the other hand you choose not to respond, We, King Ruatapu Ariki and the Maori People of Aotearoa will legally
and lawfully remove you and your Government from office, utilising every legal and lawful avenue available to do so, in
a peaceful, harmonious, respectful and professional manner.
