Refunds & Cancellations
A full refund will be made if the tour is cancelled by the tour operator. When reservations are cancelled by the tour member, the following policy
applies:
• 45 days or more before departure: full refund.
• Between 8 and 44 days prior to departure: loss of deposit plus any non-recoverable fees and/or services.
• 7 or fewer days before departure: no refund.
• Some motorcoach tours carry more restrictive cancellation policies. Check with a AAA travel professional for details.
Travel Protection
AAA highly recommends the purchase of travel insurance. A travel protection plan protects you in case of illness or injury before your departure date and
