Summary
DBA, database- and system administrator with 18 years’ experience in the IT industry is looking for
a new playground.
Having worked with outsourcing since the practice was introduced at HP Denmark in 1996, I have
my share of experience with eg. SLAs , ITIL, Problem Management, High Availability and
coordination with physical and virtual teams located all over the world – with the ultimate goal of
ensuring the best possible performance of the promised environment or to figure out what’s wrong.
I am an experienced, meticulous, likeable person who is eager to learn - with a healthy track record
in outsourcing and operations for a wide array of Danish and global customers, while being
employed by Digital Equipment Corp., Compaq and most recently, Hewlett-Packard.
Throughout the years, I have maintained a tech-savvy curiosity, playing around with virtualizations,
Linux, hardware and gizmos just for fun.

My primary tasks have been on the operational side of managing systems and databases, especially Oracle and
Microsoft SQL Server, from design to ramp down.
Responsible for the database/middleware part of an internal QA project to assess customer service with the aim
of identifying and prioritizing fixes for possible threats to service level offered to customers
DBA team member, responsible for operations, development and support of global environment for major
