Work with fellow Technicians to develop GIS and CAD application standards which
include folder storage structure, AutoCAD settings, templates, pen settings, etc.
Develop and maintain citywide GIS base features including parcels, street centerline,
planimetrics, general land-use, zoning, street lighting, LiDAR data, contours, and relevant
databases.
Develop and maintain citywide GIS infrastructure features including water, sanitary sewer,
storm, and relevant databases.
Develop and maintain Map Books with relevant base and infrastructure features including
fire hydrants, addresses, water, sewer, and storm drain.
Work with IT staff and GIS Specialist to develop a quarterly lighting and landscaping
routine to match the GIS parcel base map to the county tax roll.

Created civil layout plans that showed existing lot dimensions, building footprints, parking
structures, and general landscape features. Included in these plans were modifications
that were to be made to those existing configurations.
Produced grading and utility plans that demonstrated existing contour, water, gas, and
sewer lines with the necessary changes to be made.
Assisted architects with creation of three-dimensional renderings and fly-bys in 3D Studio
VIZ and AutoCAD 2002 for customer presentations.
