Strength Finder “Theme Sequence”
The Theme Sequence report represents the 34 themes of talent, in the rank of order revealed
by Brian Buxton’s responses to StrenthFinder. Brian’s “Signature Themes”, the five most
dominant, are listed first followed by five that make up his Top Ten Strengths.
1. Analytical
People who are especially talented in the Analytical theme search for reasons and
causes. They have the ability to think about all the factors that might affect a situation.
2. Connectedness
People who are especially talented in the Connectedness theme have faith in the links
between all things. They believe there are few coincidences and that almost every
event has a reason.
