Since our launch in July 2008 our clients have enjoyed competitive returns from our structured products.
This factsheet gives a performance overview of our structured products that have matured to date as at
February 2015. We have grouped our maturities into two tables: Structured Deposits and Structured Investments.
Structured Deposits are designed as an alternative to cash savings. These are deposits that are linked to an underlying
index and do not put a client’s initial investment at risk. For comparison purposes, we have benchmarked the returns of
these products against the relevant 3 or 5 year cash savings rate that was available at the time of investment.
Structured Investments are designed as an alternative to traditional equity investments. They feature an element of
capital risk (most commonly whereby capital is at risk if the underling index halves) and higher potential returns than
our Structured Deposits. Here we have benchmarked the returns of these products against the FTSE 100 Total Return
Index which is a common benchmark for equity investments.
