This document describes the features and specifications of the Shapmill machining center. It has extensive axis travel ranges and very high axis speeds. It has C and A axis rotations and brushless motors. The axes movements are protected by bellows. It has a large electrospindle, saw blade up to 1000mm, and static tool magazine. It can be equipped with a lathe and uses a Siemens CNC control and touchscreen.

25. Software for the simulation of
work cycles
This software allows to simulate
Shapemill during processing, by
dividing the machining centre into
different parts: machine structure,
axes, spindle, tool magazine, tools.
The program imports the file
generated by the CAM program (ISO
code) for the piece to be processed
and simulates the entire machining
cycle while monitoring any possible
impact which may occur.
