This is to certify thai Branislav Bozaaovic worked as Logistics Officer for MC/SEA from
20 April 1997 until the end of the current UNHCR Shelter program on 31 December
1999.
Brano has considerable past experience as a railway dispatcher. On the UNHCR Shelter
program he was responsible £or the ordering and supply of material fox reconstructing
over 600 houses. The work involved coordinating warehouse activities and truck
deliveries. The delivery of material and supervision of contractors and beneficiaries
involved a large amount of field work. Brano also recorded all costs and controlled all
goods movements using a relational database in Microsoft ACCESS.
The work was to international standards of competitive tendering to comply with
international donor requirements. Brano is fluent in English and produced a11 English
language versions of tender and contract documentation.
Brano is methodical and tenacious. He commands the respect of bis fellow workers. His
enthusiasm and energy have contributed to the success of the UNHCR project for
minority return to Republika Srpska.
On the ECHO Shelter Program he was responsible for making orders and monitoring of
contractor's work on the field. He was also responsible for providing a lists of potential
bcneficiaries in co-operation with different municipal authorities. His job was to chcck on
data provided by the municipal authorities and to interview the beneficiaries.
Brano gets on easily with his colleagues and will be an asset to any employer.
