ПРО АСОЦІАЦІЮ
Асоціація «Блокчейн України» (БАУ) об’єднує
фахівців, чия співпраця бере початок із 2014
року. БАУ є некомерційною організацією, яка
активно сприяє поширенню інтеграції технології
блокчейн в економіку України. Основною місією
Асоціації є розбудова багатостороннього
діалогу, результатом якого стане консенсус в усіх
напрямках діяльності.
Основними завданнями роботи Асоціації є
побудова діалогу із державою та розробка
необхідних для галузі концепцій та законодавчих
ініціатив, створення освітніх можливостей для
розробників та широкої аудиторії, поширення
інформації про індустрію, події та світові тренди,
сприяння нетворкінгу та обміну досвідом, а
також надання експертизи з різних питань в
сфері блокчейну.
Завдяки системній роботі в зазначених
напрямках та активній участі членів БАУ в
процесах, що сприяють поширенню технології
блокчейн та її розвитку, Асоціація допомагає
індустрії розвиватися та створює необхідні для
цього можливості.
The Ukrainian Blockchain Association (BAU)
unites blockchain industry specialists whose
cooperation started back in 2014. BAU is a
non-profit organization that actively promotes the
integration of blockchain technology into the
economy of Ukraine. The main mission of the
Association is the development of a multilateral
dialog, the result of which will be a consensus in all
areas of activity.
To implement this, the Association builds dialog
with the state, develops concepts and legislative
initiatives necessary for the industry, creates
educational opportunities for developers and the
public, spreads information, organizes events,
fosters the networking and exchange of
experience, and provides expertise in the
blockchain field.
Thanks to systematic work in these areas and the
active participation of BAU members in activities
focused on the adoption of the technology, the
Association helps the blockchain industry in
Ukraine to develop and thrive.

REGULATION AND
INITIATIVES
Експерти Асоціації разом із
залученими спеціалістами
розробляють необхідну
регуляторну базу для галузі та
лобіюють її імплементацію в Україні.
У 2018 році був запропонований
законопроект, що передбачає
введення нового типу активу для
цілей оподаткування криптовалют —
віртуальний актив та тимчасове
застосування ставки податку 5% з
прибутку від операцій з
віртуальними активами для
юридичних осіб до 31.12.2024.
Допрацювання законопроекту та
пропозицій продовжується у 2019.
Асоціація веде комунікацію із
державними органами з питання
імплементації блокчейн технологій,
а також ініціює проекти, що
формують індустрію (Огляд
блокчейн індустрії України,
Блокчейн Хаб Академія).
The Association's experts together
with the specialists involved develop
the necessary regulatory framework
for the industry and lobby its
implementation in Ukraine.
In 2018, a bill was proposed that
provides for the introduction of a new
type of asset for taxation of
cryptocurrencies - a virtual asset and
a temporary application of the tax
rate of 5% on the profit from
transactions with virtual assets for
legal entities until December 31,
2024. Amendments to the bill and
proposals will continue in 2019.
The Association communicates with
state authorities regarding the
implementation of blockchain
technologies. BAU also initiates
projects that form the industry
(Overview of the blockchain industry
of Ukraine, the Blockchain Hub
Academy).

НАДАННЯ ЕКСПЕРТИЗИ EXPERTISE PROVISION
The Association unites experts and
community leaders who hold the
unique expertise in different matters
related to blockchain and
cryptocurrencies - from legal issues
down to deep technological aspects.
Companies and state bodies can ask
expertise from Blockchain Association
of Ukraine so the staff of BAU can
transfer the request to respective
specialits and companies, organize
specialized working group or provide
informational materials that will meet
company’s interest.
Members of the Association work with
the state bodies conducting trainings
and educational sessions about
blockchain technology as well as
participate in working groups and
discussions on implementation of
blockchain technology in government
and public services.
Асоціація об'єднує експертів та лідерів
індустрії, які володіють унікальним
досвідом у різних питаннях, пов'язаних з
блокчейном та криптовалютами - від
правових питань до глибоких
технологічних аспектів.
Компанії та державні органи можуть
звертатися за експертизою до Асоціації
Блокчейн України, співробітники якої
зможуть передати запит відповідним
спеціалістам та компаніям, організувати
спеціалізовану робочу групу або
нададуть інформаційні матеріали, що
задовольнять запит компанії.
Члени Асоціації працюють із
державними органами, проводячи
тренінги та освітні сесії про технологію
блокчейн, а також беруть участь у
робочих групах та обговореннях,
присвячених впровадженню технології
у державних сервісах.

BlockchainHub Academy - is the
offline practical course on blockchain
development implemented in a
peer-to-peer format.
Content:
Theory self-study
Bitcoin blockchain developemnt (4
weeks)
Ethereum blockchain developement
(3 weeks)
EOS blockchain development (1
week)
The first launch of BlockchainHub
Academy practical course was taking
place in November 2018 - March
2019 in partnership with Unit.city.
Today the program can be purchased
by the third party and launched
according to the franchising
agreement guidelines of
BlockchainHub Academy.
BlockchainHub Academy - це

форматі peer-to-peer навчання.

The Association promotes effective
networking between the blockсhain
community and companies in Ukraine,
provides opportunities for networking
with representatives of the global
blockchain ecosystem.
The Association represents market
participants for large companies in
Ukraine and foreign Associations, which
helps blockchain companies find
partners and clients.
BAU also supports conferences and
events in the blockchain sector, thus
increasing the audience involved in
communication with the blockchain
community.
The Association organizes its own
events, where BAU invites
representatives of Ukrainian and
foreign communites thereby facilitating
the exchange of experience between
industry players and ecosystems of
different countries.
Асоціація сприяє ефективному
нетворкінгу між блокчейн спільнотою
та компаніями в Україні, та надає
можливості нетворкінгу із
представниками глобальної блокчейн
екосистеми.
Асоціація представляє учасників

ОСВІТА EDUCATION
In order to raise the awareness of the
wide audience about the blockchain
technology, the Association carries out
a number of initiatives.
BAU holds free events for a wide
audience, where everyone who is
interested can learn about the latest
trends in the field of blockchain,
cryptocurrencies and blockchain in
public sector.
In addition, members of the Association
give lectures in educational events,
speaking about the transformations in
the economic system, the use of
blockchain and cryptocurrencies,
challenges of Industry 4.0 and the
digital economy.
The Association distributes a
knowledge base about blockchain and
cryptocurrencies and advises
educational institutions on the inclusion
of blocks of knowledge about
blockchain in curricula, as well as in
programs for self-study.
Із метою підвищення обізнаності
широкої аудиторії про блокчейн
технологію, Асоціація здійснює ряд
ініціатив.
БАУ проводить безкоштовні заходи
для широкої аудиторії, де всі
зацікавлені можуть дізнатися про
новітні тренди в блокчейн сфері,
криптовалюти та блокчейн в
державному секторі.
Окрім цього, члени Асоціації
проводять лекції в освітніх заходах,
розповідаючи про трансформації в
економічній системі, застосування
блокчейну та криптовалют, виклики
Індустрії 4.0 та цифрову економіку.
Асоціація розвовсюджує базу знань
про блокчейн та криптовалюти, а
також консультує освітні установи із
