Blair McDermett has been working with ThirdChannel as a Retail Intelligence
Agent representing Under Armour from September 2014 to the present, and I
have supervised Blair as the Under Armour Program Coordinator at
ThirdChannel.
While representing Under Armour, Blair has visited 11-15 Finish Line and
Champs stores on a monthly basis. During these store visits, Blair has built
strong relationships with managers and sales associates while gathering
quantitative data about Under Armour and uploading it to the ThirdChannel
database. From that data, we can see that Blair has helped drive sales by
educating managers and sales associates about new Under Armour
technology, merchandising products, and engaging consumers.
ThirdChannel gives its Agents a lot of freedom to schedule and conduct their
visits, so time management and discipline are essential skills. Blair has been
very dependable, always completing her visits promptly and preparing for the
coming month.
As one of the senior Under Armour Agents, Blair has taken on a leadership
role. She has created posts on the Under Armour Activity Feed advising newer
Agents on great sales and education tactics to employ in stores.
Based on her quality of work, effort, and success in the Under Armour
Program, Blair was recommended for other ThirdChannel programs, like the
GoPro Retail Intelligence Network. Additionally, she was selected from
hundreds of Agents to be a member of ThirdChannel’s Agent Panel, where the
top Agents across multiple programs share ideas about how to improve store
visits and resolve any issues.
Blair has made my job easier by being an exemplary Retail Intelligence Agent.
