Acted as the exclusive in-store visual merchandising and educational
agent for Under Armour’s new footwear lines within National Accounts as
an extension of the Under Armour Field Team. Accelerated brand
awareness, assisted in associate education, supported new product
launches and drove sell-thru for Under Armour’s footwear in 19 stores
such as Foot Locker, Finish Line and Champs Sports retailers.
Worked to strengthen Under Armour’s partnership with 19 National
Accounts by assisting the store through merchandising support, associate
education, and optimizing sales to drive higher product sell through and a
better consumer experience.
 Completed 4 company strategy trainings, as well as continued training
on a monthly basis.
 Educated 86 store associates about the Under Armour performance
footwear styles and technologies.
 Ensured Under Armour product was exceptionally merchandised in
store on behalf of the brand.
 Collected in-store Intel for the Under Armour in-store presence,
capturing and reporting on low inventory situations, product display
conditions and in-store brand awareness at 19 stores.
 Built stronger professional relationships with store managers and
associates in 19 retailers and continued a valued relationship over
time.
 Provided brand with in-field feedback on sales activities as well as
insights to increase consumer sell through.
