You’ve Been Nominated to our 2016 Agent Panel!
Dear Blair,
I’m pleased to let you know that you’ve been nominated
by the ThirdChannel team as somebody we’d like to
serve on our newly created 2016 Agent Panel. This
Agent Panel will include 24 of our highest performing
agents out of our network of 12,000 agents across
North America across our various programs. The
criteria for your performance was evaluated based on
your check-in completion rates, your check-in quality
and also your level of communication.
We will be asking you to commit to 1-2 additional
hours of your time per month. We will be paying you
$15/hr to talk to us about your views of ThirdChannel.
We want to know what you like about 3C, what you don’t
like about 3C, where people like you are looking for
jobs among several other topics. In essence, we are
looking for our best agents to help us brainstorm some
of the best ways in which we can make the 3C
experience better for our agents.
We will conduct these panel sessions much like we do
our training sessions via online video calls. Please
let us know by Friday, December 11th
