of Temper Water Systems used for eye wash and safety showers.
Duties include making all sub assemblies, silver soldering with small torch.

troubleshooting of flight management systems for military and commercial
aircraft. Quality control and Assurance of all products. Duties included the
assembly and calibration of all systems. Used computers for testing and
programming software. Troubleshooting down to component level and
running all products through environmental systems, light calibration
procedures and Hi-pot stations. Solder SMT/Thru-hole with microscopes.
Also worked with Engineering on design and other applications, all within
ISO 9000 specifications.

inspections of all SMT/Thru-hole. Used metallurgic scopes for damaged
boards/SMT’s. Other duties included abrading ink filled resistors to value.

Engineering on design/upgrades, all with in ISO 9000 specifications.
3. 1993-1997 Penn Manufacturing Industries, Lansdale, PA
Electrical / Mechanical Assembler. Responsible for the design and
manufacturing of indexing machines used in robotic technology equipment.
Duties included sub-assembly of the Indexer, the soldering of computer
boards, and silver soldering of EFO blades. Assembly duties also consisted
of cables, solenoids, and photo sensors.
1992-1993 Quad Systems, Horsham, PA
Assembly Technician. Design and manufacture pick and place robotic
machinery used for making computer boards. Responsible for the design and
implementation of the Quad 2000, 3C and the 100. Duties included the
building of electronic and hydraulic/pneumatic assembly components used in
the manufacturing of the robots also used machine code assembly language
to teach the robot and assisted in the training of new employee’s.
1985-1988 UNITED STATES AIR FORCE-OVERSEAS DUTY
Responsible for set up/fix mobile radio stations. Also outside security for
nuclear facilities.
