JOB RESPOSIBILITIES
(a) Discuss with clients and study about the application.
(b) Selection of field instruments like PLC, Relays, Contactors, Sensors, Locks etc.
(c) Design electrical schematic drawings according to safety standards by using
ELECTRICAL AutoCAD 2012,
machine Layout and implementation plans.
(d) Concert with system architecture design, designing panel IGA/OGA and preparation of
PLC and other
hardware wiring drawing and bill of materials for the respective projects.
(e) Developing the PLC logic as per control philosophy.
(f) Liaising with commissioning engineer in project commissioning activities (Onsite, Offsite).
(g) Engaged in system engineering programming, commissioning and execution.
(h) Supervision at the end of panel wiring, testing and troubleshooting of PLC based controls
configuration and implementation.
(i) Handling Safety Audit from Bureau Veritas (BV).
