• This medium sized Healthcare Company were heading
into a new development phase and were looking to
build new leadership into the Marketing team following
the announcement that the current Marketing Director
that was retiring.
• Activa were particularly impressed with the breadth and
depth of knowledge exhibited by the Zenopa consultant
and trusted the instincts displayed as the process neared
completion.
• The new Marketing Director is about to start her fourth
month at Activa, and couldn’t be happier with her new
role and company.

• Zenopa went to great lengths to understand the
organisation’s culture, in particularly the
Marketing team.
• One to one interviews took place with the MD,
the departing Marketing Director, the Sales
Director and the HR Director.
• Shortlisted candidates were comprehensively
discussed and psychometrics offered and
analysed.
• The MD of Activa was the previous Marketing Director and it
was important find someone who would preserve and protect
the heritage and culture in the business; whilst also having the
vision, confidence and resolve to drive forward new initiatives.
• Sourcing candidates who were prepared to take a hands-on
approach and serious ownership of their role.
• Team fit was imperative as regards the board of directors as
was team fit with the marketing team itself.
