Senior Supervisor Planning and W/H
 Cross Functional managing of four different locations against
inventory accuracy, picking accuracy, warehouse accident rate ,
damage products and reverse logistics process , space utilization .
 Responsible for factories W/H's working 3 shifts 7 working days
managing around 120 people for “Raw, Packaging, Finish Goods,
consumables & spare parts".
 Responsible for required deliveries, shortage in material , physical
stock counting , material expiry follow up , material transfer plan
for all EDITA sites and allocated of imported materials at each
site.
 Responsible and Manage the Export logistics team for the
container optimization, required quantity, required specs, right
stacking, Control the export orders history.
 Managing the W/H’s performance in accordance to the Quality
and industrial safety requirements in the facility applying AIB
requirements , and ISO 18001 , 14000 , 22001 standards
 Liaise with the MRP for required deliveries of the Materials and
assure that all the required documents are available before the

actual delivery of the material
 Manage the daily loading of the domestic and export orders
• Control the Raw and Packaging Materials requirements & Stocks
VS. Production Plan & Sales Forecast.
• MRP Running for both RM & PM (Local & Imported) regarding all
the MRP Parameters.

Receipts)
3. Material Master Data (Lead time, Min. & Max Order
Qty., Order Policy, Economic Shipments).
4. BOM Explosion Regarding to Sales Forecast
• Different order polices are applied such as net requirements,
periodic review & reorder point.
• Create Purchase Requisitions as Output from the MRP
running
• Control the delivery on time, missing deliveries, scraping,
rejected or replacement deliveries & materials expiry and shelf
life.
• Works for Improvements in Material Planning.
• Monitor, review and report on stock levels with a view to
optimizing inventory and reducing working capital.
• Ensure the consistent supply of materials to the plant, the
availability of minimum stock of regular materials, and the
inventory is held at minimum levels to reduce storage costs.
• Prepare, control and follow up the Phase-In-Phase-Out Plans
(PIPO) for any Changes regarding the Packaging materials of
the SKU’s (Stock keeping Units).
• Liaise with purchasing department to ensure adequate
materials deliveries at the right place on the right time.
• Determine and Control the Required Strategic Safety Stock of
each material based on the material master data (Lead time,

Min. & Max. Order Qty., Economic shipment) considering the
nature of the material and the shelf life for each materials.
• Control The Space Management of the raw and packaging
materials W/H’s in order to apply and support the lean
management project (20 Keys).
• Prepare Relevant Reports
1. MRP Report for Raw Material (Inventory status,
coverage days, scheduled receipts).
2. MRP Report for Packaging Material (Inventory status,
coverage days, scheduled receipts).
3. MRP Report for Imported Items (Gross Requirements
VS. Actual consumption VS. Actual monthly Opening
Stock VS. Actual deliveries).
4. Gross Requirements regarding to Sales forecast (BOM
Explosion).
5. Monthly Purchase Requisition Lists.
6. Monthly Stock Level Report.
7. Monthly Scrap Report (Actual Consumption VS.
Standard consumption according to the BOM).
