We hereby confirm that Bernou J. Balsing, born on 13 Nov 1976, worked from 1
Oct 2003 until 1 April 2010 as Pricing and Dispute Adjustments Specialist for
Littelfuse B.V. at our European Headquarters in Utrecht; the first three months
of which she served as a temporary colleague through an external company.
Littelfuse is an international company, manufacturing and selling circuit
protection devices for the Automotive and Electronics industry. From the
European headquarters we sell and distribute our electronics and automotive
products throughout European, Middle East, Africa and South America.
Within the function of Pricing and Dispute Adjustment Specialist in our
Automotive and Electronic Business Units, Bernou has processed price requests
and has managed the SAP data base on price information with regards to order
entry and therefore provided a vital contribution in safeguarding the continuous
availability of correct pricing in the system. This also included the management
of expiration codes on price validity.
Bernou was very skilled and acted with great expertise in processing price
corrections and investigated the reasons for invoice disputes when indicated by
the Sales manager or Credit Management function in the Finance department. In
addition she managed the releasing of blocked orders and made corrections to
the SAP system when necessary, and she initiated necessary adjustments with
regards to process improvement. She also provided support during SOX audits.
Special mentioning needs to be made with regards to Bernou’s training activities
for Customer Service and Global Pricing representatives on topics related to SAP
and MS Excel.
Bernou can be fully relied upon to complete tasks and follow‐up as needed. We
