THE LOST BOYS
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Our project is simply, the creation and sale of demographically scaled T-shirts. Whether it is
your favorite band or a major sporting event. Small, medium, large, or XXL The LOST BOYS
clothing company will have you covered. The main reason we selected this as our project, was
due to the fact that it was a way to make money with the fewest moving parts. The ease of
production, and sale of the aforementioned shirts, led us to finally decide on this idea amongst a
bevy of others. The less parts to worry about, the fewer things that can go wrong in our efforts to
create a lucrative business.
Some of the problems our group is concerned about are a viciously competitive sales market and
the initial startup cost for our project. Using the “fish-bone diagram” we were able to see the
roadblocks with ease. This allowed us to focus more clearly on the issues at hand and view them
not as problems to overcome, but as goals to reach.
Steven Fields, Pat Matheny, Beltus Mbeh, Joaquin Gana, and myself, are the creators of this
project. With this business plan we hope to achieve not only very satisfied customers, but a large
and self-sustaining influx of money. We hope to achieve several good business relations with not
only the fans of our product, but also with the wholesale distributors. With these we will be able
to attain a better price from the factory seller, and there for, a better price to our customers
resulting in repeat business.
