  4. 4. The Opportunity is that you are in a position to really define your audience but to do this you need to be remarkable

So once you have your “Remarkable” idea you need to define your audience so that you can send the message out through the right channels Tip Have a particular customer in mind when you are doing a competition. This makes it easier when it comes to identifying the message but also the tone of your brand
  8. 8. The Challenge. I wanted to get influential people in Cork talking about Cork’s Red FM thus creating the sneezer effect that Seth Godin talks about. Tip Always test a small audience with a campaign to see if it is effective.
