Birth Preparation Classes
Classes start Tuesdays, March 4 from 6:30–
8:30 p.m. or Fridays, March 7 from 9–11
a.m. for four weeks. Free classes for those
delivering at Beloit Hospital and $25 for

Breastfeeding Classes
Meets March 5 from 6–8:30 p.m. This class
is free of charge to all. Prepare the way for
a successful breastfeeding experience by
attending this class before you have your
baby, or attend after the birth with your baby.

Abuse Treatment
If you have concerns about your teen’s use
of alcohol and other drugs, call Amanda at
364-5686 for a substance abuse assess-
ment. This program provides individual and
group therapy to help educate teens on sub-
stance use risks, increase coping skills, and
assist youth with making healthy choices.
(Note: This program also meets require-
ments for teens involved with the court sys-
tem due to Underage Drinking citations.)
Evidence Based Practice
Anxiety Group
(New Group Forming March 4th from
11:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m. for 10 weeks)
Group meets two hours per week for 8-12
weeks, depending on the needs of the
participants. Do you find yourself worrying
about many things most of the time? Are you
having problems sleeping because you can-
not stop the worry? Does this worry affect
your relationships with others because you
are often irritable, can't concentrate, or too
tired to do things? If you are struggling with
these concerns and are interested in work-
ing on them in a group environment, please
