Managed daily operations of the Pharmacy Department of a home infusion
pharmacy. Coordinated pharmacy delivery as well as activities of nursing
personnel. Had daily communication with other departments as well as
patients to produce positive clinical outcomes. Maintained departmental
adherence to state laws, USP 97, and any other quality control measures that
are necessary. Monitored clinical labs to ensure dosing appropriateness and
efficiency. Conferred with clinicians including medical doctors, nurses, case

Therapies included antibiotic, antifungal, enteral, TPN, chemotherapy,
