Corporate Experience
CPCC delivers a suite of proven techniques for Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) based on continuous and intelligent
monitoring, collaboration with client personnel and the establishment of a repeatable framework that survives the period of performance.
Our teams recognize the importance of constant communication and coordination with client counterparts, the importance of comprehensive
risk analysis and the lasting value of collaboration in the design of mitigation strategies. Our primary goal is to institutionalize a dynamic
model for compliance built on formal and documented internal controls and objective metrics. Where appropriate, our teams can enhance or
develop formal Standard Operating Procedures and process maps, risk matrices and offer recommendation for meaningful process
improvements. Rigorous Change Management (CM) controls will ensure the integrity of this documentation through future legislative and
regulatory changes or as evolving organizations implement improvements initiatives.
While coordination with program management is essential to the functionality of the IV&V team, constant collaboration with employees and
staff is critical to its success. We work with designated personnel to establish ground level internal controls and checkpoints designed for
early detection and remediation of error conditions, to continuously calibrate these controls in response to changing needs and to ensure the
viability of a dynamic training program designed to institutionalize change. We provide training on the many requirements for ongoing
compliance in order to build quality into the process proactively, with the goal of eliminating findings from the outset.
Corporate Philosophy
Our core philosophy is to seamlessly work within the structure of client organizations, to facilitate collaborative (not imposed) solutions and
to routinely provide teams with working knowledge of client operations and governing regulations.
Equally important, is our corporate philosophy of client self-sufficiency. The goal of our on-site management team is to complete the scope
of work in an efficient and cost-effective manner. No one at CPCC is rewarded for unnecessarily prolonging an engagement beyond its
natural scope. Instead, we reward our teams in instances where the client increases our scope or provides subsequent opportunities based on
actual performance and added value.
