Transport management & Transport Planning; in Azad University, Shahid Tafizi Technical
College and Education Centers of former Ministry of Road & Transportations, Distribution
organization of oil products & former Ministry of Cooperatives.
1995-97: Responsible for designing & approval of complete course content & syllabus of
Transport Economics (Bachelor degree), and final approval by official authorities

From 2001-2012, Senior Advisor to Chairman & president of RMTO & MRUD Deputy Minister,
and responsible for two main national projects:
From 2005-2010 & 2014 CTSI: Technical Manager of Comprehensive Transport Studies of Iran
(CTSI). The aim of this project was to analyze transport supply & demand and based on
modeling procedure (4 phase gravity models); prepare a long term (20 year) investment priority
plan for Iran transport sub-sectors, including road, rail, air & ports. The main consultants of this
project were Metra Consultant Engineers from Iran & EGIS Consultants Group (A group of
French Consultants (egis-group.com).
From 2001-2007: Responsible for preparation and implementation of Iran Road Safety Project
(IRSP). This project started based on an agreement between World Bank and RMTO. The TOR of
this project was prepared during the project preparation phase by a joint team from World
Bank & RMTO experts with cooperation of 2 consultants (COWI & Ramboll Consultants). At the

2. time of Project preparation phase (2 years period), this project was the most important and the
biggest safety project based on WB loan. SweRoad Consultants (a famous Swedish Consultant)
was selected as the main consultant of this project. Unfortunately after 2 years of activity, and
several thousand pages of reports, this project was stopped and terminated, due to difficulties
raised from Iran sanctions. This project was defined for a 4 year period

Member of expert Committee for study & compile “Transport Consumption Pattern”.
