Teachingclasses;forstudenttobe recommendedforsucha classwouldtherefore require achange of
schools,whichwasnotseenas desirable.Trumandoeshave 15:1 special educationclassesonsite.
-The school psychologistalsoconfirmedthat,if studententersa15:1 classand the behavioral profileof
the class isnot comfortable forhimandhisparents,he can be movedto a resource roomplacement --
i.e.,general educationclasses forall subjectswithresource roomone periodperday.She notedthat
thiscouldbe done witha reconvene;she alsonotedthatitwouldbe easierforhimto move from15:1
to a lessrestrictive environmentthanforhimto move into15:1 if an IEPwithresource roomis
established.
