Professional Experience
Quality Direction Assistant | Coca-Cola De Mexico | 2002-Current
· To give service and support to the Quality Director as well as the 15 members of the area, administrative activities, such as
management of logistics for domestic and international travel (travel plan, calendar) troubleshooting, administrative processes of
purchase, electronic file management, stationery administration, handling of administrative procedures for the expense reports.
· Implementation, management and administration of databases used as means of control and communication of documents for the
bottlers and suppliers of The Coca-Cola System.
· Head of documentary control in internal audit processes.
· Development of databases in order to control the expenses, invoice payments and purchase orders generated by the area.
· Organization of Events: Quality forums focused on suppliers and bottlers of The Coca-Cola system, with participation of General
Managers of the bottlers Groups of Coca-Cola and the main suppliers of the System.
· Generation and timely communication of processes related to authorizations of products, lines and equipment for each plant of the
bottler system as well as management of The Coca-Cola Company products mixing instructions. Development and implementation
of a new process to carry out timely shipment of the mixing instructions, which generated savings and ensured maximum control
of such document.
West Region Assistant | Coca-Cola De Mexico | 1999-2002
· Administrative support to the field staff (15 people) of The Coca-Cola Company in terms of travel expenses, national and
international travel reservations, management of stationery supplies and administrative procedures of general expenses.
· To be the channel of communication between The Coca-Cola Company main office, The Coca-Cola regional offices and suppliers
in order to have more efficient processes of promotional activity through the foreign offices.
· Organization and logistics of meetings and courses for the field staff: approximately 10 meetings per year for 20 people.
Quality Assistant | Coca-Cola De Mexico | 1994-1999
· Administrative support for the quality staff in terms of organization of travel requests, administrative processes of purchase,
management of stationary supplies, sending information to bottlers, organize meeting and conferences, registration to courses etc.
· Perform the timely shipping of quality, packaging and product indicators information for the 89 bottling plants of the Mexico
Division, as well as ensure its reception on time.
· Timely communication of quality management documentation, for the bottler system.
