2. How to Become a Lawyer?
To become a lawyer, Students have to follow the below steps:
1) Gain Formal Education:
Students must gain formal education by pursuing a Bachelor's in Law, followed by a Master's
Degree.
2) Practice Law through Internships:
Students must obtain work experience by practising under senior advocates or in law firms.
3) Obtain Certification:
After the completion of a successful internship, candidates must enroll themself with the State
Bar Council. They must clear the All India Bar Examination conducted by the Bar Council of
India.
After qualifying in the exam, students will be eligible to practice law as a career.

3. Eligibility Criteria
 Educational Qualification
 Diploma/ Undergraduate : Must have completed 10+2 with a minimum aggregate score of 55%
from a recognized board.Must secure the required marks in the qualifying entrance exam.
 Postgraduate : Should have graduated with a Bachelor's in Law by securing a minimum
aggregate score of 50%. Qualify in the national/ university entrance exam for admissions.
