Farmto is an organic community platform that allows farmers to be friends with their customers.
We try to change this circle of farmers because they don’t get their money until the product is harvested and sold.
As you can see, the big problem is earning the money in the last process.
We have created a new circle so that farmers can earn and get their money before the cultivation period.
This is our unique selling point.
We are the only ones who offer this new system to sell agricultural products before and during cultivation until the harvesting stage begins.
This is an example of our customer after she bought a product.
Firstly, she will get a picture of her nametag from the farmer.
After that, she will get updated photos during the cultivation period as well as a thank you video clip from the farmer.
Finally, the product will be delivered to her house from the farmer.
As you can see, the organic market size in Thailand is a huge market.
Our current strategy is to start in domestic consumption by selling products to customers and the business sector.
We aim to receive 12% of domestic consumption within 5 years and start to sell in export consumption.
This is our revenue model.
Firstly, the customers will pay Farmto an advance of 100% for the cost of products through online banking.
Then we receive a 22% commission for each transaction. We’ll transfer half of the money 39% which goes directly to farmers.
Lastly, after farmers send their products to the customers’ house, Farmto will transfer remaining money to farmers.
This is the first prototype that we have tested on Facebook. Duration 5 month period, total sales amounted to 70,000 baht for 96 transactions.
For the second prototype, we launched website for selling with 10 farmers and selling 15 of their products.
During the same period, total sales amounted to an increase of almost 5 times or a total of 320,000 baht for 300 transactions.
We have received funding from NIA totaling around 1 million baht to create an application.
We have plans to launch this new application by second quarter of this year.
In this social community, farmers can post their activities and products by themselves.
Before paying, customers can choose two features to get their products between waiting for the cultivation period to be completed or deliver products immediately.
This is the projection of online products revenue after we lunch an application.
We have plan to gaing farmers more than 2,000 farmers on our platform and doing maketing online.
We believe that we will get total sales more than 100 million baht within 5 years.
We are partners with NIA and TCDC and we have also received support from the Minister of Science.
Our co-founder is also a part of young smart farmers and has connections with more than 3,000 farmers across the country.
We are also partners with many private enterprises.
This is this year’s roadmap projection based on funding received from investors.
We have divided revenue into four channels.
First, we will keep selling our products on our platform
The second channel is to deliver vegetables set to subscribers every week.
The third channel is traveling trips to various farmers.
The fourth channel is selling offline products to various restaurants .

Online selling is our expected biggest revenue.
