1. The Secced TravelerJib DV 6 is a camera jib with 6 m / 18 ft total arm length and 4.69 m / 15.4 ft max. lens
height, complete remote control for pan-tilt head and for LANC-enabled Canon/Sony (H)DV camcorders
and Panasonic DV & HD handheld camcorders. The Secced Traveler camera jib's main components are the
Jib arm, Pan & Tilt Remote Head, Controllers (control box and remote control bars for head and camera),
Tripod and Dolly. The complete Traveler jib set fits into two hard cases, one larger roller case and a smaller
suitcase, which can be transported by an average car.
Very responsive head with smooth movement, matching the level of famous brand in crane and remote
head industry. Slip ring installed for pan movement allows remote head could pan unlimited. The HD signal
can go through the slip ring, which means the remote head can output HD signal.
Remote head has max payload of 10kg, and it is compatible with most ENG camera with either Canon or
Fuji lens. Pan and tilt movement of remote head can be controlled, in addition the speed and damp of pan
and tilt movement can be adjusted as well.
Specially designed DV controller can control both Sony/Canon camcorders with LANC jack and Panasonic
handheld-type (ProLine) DV and HD cameras with "REMOTE" labeled jack (HVX/HPX/HMC/DVX/DVC Series).
For Sony and Canon DV & HDV cameras, it has the functions of control zoom/focus, power on/off, Fader,
back light on/off, and start/stop recording. In addition, for Panasonic DV & HD cameras, it has the functions
of control zoom/focus/iris, and start/stop recording. (The available functions may depend on the
camcorders, too.)
The crane system has tilt and pan lock, which enhance its safety.
Modular design and easy setup. One man can finish the setup of whole crane within half hour.
The equipped V-mount interface for battery make the crane work in the circumstance of no external power
source available.
