When we look at what states contain the most of these two group we see that as could be predicted they congregate around borders.
That being said, there is a strong convergence of Puerto Ricans in swing states like Florida and Pennsylvania.
If Claire is interested in capturing more votes in states with persuadable voters she should better understand who those voters are, what they value and what media they consume
If we look at these two maps again but by DMA we can see that these two groups of voters actually live in much more concentrated area.
