Interactions between host-Symbiodinium genotypes and their determination of symbiont
migration and retention.
Broadening our phylogenetic understanding of symbiont migration across the class
Anthozoa.
Determining if reactive oxygen species and chlorophyll fluorescence change immediately
following the initiation of fluorescent microscopy in four species of octocorals (Briareum sp.,
Phenganax parrini, Sarcothelia sp., and Sympodium sp.)
Continuing our understanding of the functional biology of the gastrovascular system in other
colonial cnidarians.
