I strongly recommend Athina Kinsley for any job that requires quick thinking, great organizational skills and a pleasant
demeanor when working with people. I had the pleasure of working with Athina when she was employed by the Kern County
Public Health Department. Athina lead a state wide project that helped County Health Departments collect money for
immunizations that were being given to thousands of patients yearly. These services were not being billed which was causing
County Health Departments to possibly close their doors. Numerous Public County Health Departments were not contracted
with payers to receive reimbursement. Athina contacted me while I was working for Anthem Blue Cross to start a state wide
project contracting County Health Departments with larger payers such as Anthem Blue Cross. She was very successful at this
project doing on site trainings and also webinars. I believe that Athina saved numerous jobs, helped generate money for the
Public Health Department while still allowing patients to use County Health Department as an option for immunizations.
Athina Kinsley was efficient and effective in her professional role, but also took the time to engage coworkers who joined our
meetings. She was always very friendly with a smile on her face and was enthusiastic no matter the barriers or the success she
had. In the end, it was nothing but success.
