• PL can be carried forward year after year till 45.
• PL is credited from the date of joining but can only be availed after
completion of 6 months of probation period.

4. Leaves – 12 Casual Leave (CL) & 16 Privileged Leave (PL)
in a Year.
• Maximum number of PL application is not limited, if approved one can take as
much as they need according to their available PL balance.
• All the leaves should either be Pre-Approved or Applied on the same date.
• No backdated leave application will be considered.
• All the leaves should be applied through MITR portal.
• Leave or Absent before and after the Weekly Off will be considered as Sandwich
leave.
• NIACT Holidays do not count under sandwich leave.
Payroll Cycle – 26th to 25th of Every Month
• All the attendance regularizations and leaves should be done and approved
on or before 2 pm of 26th of every month.
• Attendance gets blocked for downloading in every 6 days, all the
regularizations or modifications needs to be done within that stipulated
time.
5. Dress Code – Formal Wear Monday to Friday
• Casual dress code to be followed on Saturdays.
• Flashy patterned clothes, chappals, worn out or sandblasted jeans,
sleeveless (for females) are not allowed.
• I-Card to be maintained regularly.
